In high school, we used to have random motivational rallies. The focus of the rallies was normally "be active, say no to drugs, suicide awareness/ prevention, don't be a bully" etc. At one rally we viewed a video that featured a bunch of snowboarding and the Juliana Hatfield song, Universal Heartbeat.
