Looking for some costume advice!
I'm volunteering at Toonfest this September and wearing my prom dress from high school. I wanted to add on some off-the-shoulder detailing or something. Any advice on how I should do that? I'm very new to sewing so something simple but elegant would be super appreciated. short mini prom gowns suitable for skater
Or do you think I should just leave it as is?
